In the last video I talked about what self-efficacy is and the role it plays in whether or not we take up tasks and how well we end up doing them. In this video I talk about the sources of Self-Efficacy – 1. Mastery Experiences, 2. Social Modeling, 3. Verbal Persuasion, and 4. Physiological Feedback.
